Return Policy

What eligible items can be returned or exchanged? +

The item must be unused, new, and unaltered, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Clearance and Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return the item? +

路 Please ensure that the hair is unused and unaltered before returning it, and contact us by email with the reason for return and order number so that we can better solve the problem for you. Our customer service will respond to you within 24 hours. Customer service email: [email protected]
路 After receiving the return instructions from customer service, please return the product together with the original packaging and send the return tracking number to our customer service via email.
路 For returns, we need to deduct a $30 restocking fee from your refund amount. Please note that refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

How do I start an exchange? +

Email us at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process. Customers cover return shipping costs. We will ship the new item for free after we received the return package from customer.

Can I exchange for a different size, color, or product? +

Yes, exchanges are allowed for different sizes, colors, or products (subject to availability).

What is your rush exchange? +

If you need to receive the new item as soon as possible, we can provide a rush exchange service. Please contact us to return the item and place a new order online. We will process the new item while waiting for the return. The new order will be sent to you after it is completed. We will arrange a full refund immediately after receiving the original item.
