Product-Related
Yes. All our Human Hair products are crafted from 100% human hair.
- Synthetic Hair: Burns with a plastic-like odor, produces a small flame, and melts into a sticky residue. The burnt residue cannot be rubbed into ash and feels like hardened glue.
- Human Hair: Burns quickly with a burnt-hair scent, turns into ash when rubbed between fingers, and leaves a charcoal-like residue.
Measure your head circumference and five additional dimensions as shown in the diagram below. Custom sizes for extra-large/small head circumferences are available.
Our lace front technology ensures a natural hairline transition. Each lace wig is handcrafted and available in multiple density options for a realistic appearance.
- Natural color wigs can be dyed. Indian Virgin Hair can be dyed into dark colors (e.g. #1, #1B, #2, #3, #4).
Brazilian Virgin Hair: can be dyed into any color. Please dye your hair with the help of a professional stylist.
- Heat Styling: Use tools below 180掳C (356掳F) and consult a professional stylist.
For 360 lace wig length, the lace area around the wig is 2 inches shorter than the top machine bundles. If the 360 lace wig is 10 inches on the option, it is made by 8 inches 360 lace front around the wig, the top is 10 inches machine bundles. Please check below our website statement for this special 360 lace cap construction.

Duties are the buyer's responsibility based on local regulations. We declare reasonable product values for customs. When we ship all items marked as "gift" or "sample" and we also write a lower value on the invoice to reduce tax/duty. Care & Usage
Wash every 10 days for frequent use (1-2 times weekly) or monthly for occasional wear. Over-washing may damage hair fibers.
- Use warm water and wig-specific shampoo.
- Gently rinse, air-dry away from sunlight/hot air, and comb from tips to roots.
Avoid exposure to pool chlorine/seawater. Remove the wig before sleeping to prevent deformation.
Air-dry on a wig stand after washing and store in a breathable mesh bag to avoid crushing.
Customization Services
Yes! Submit your request for feasibility confirmation. Custom orders take 30-35 business days and incur a $20-$80 fee.
Provide head measurements, desired color, hair texture (straight/curly), density (light/medium/heavy), and reference images.
