I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the hair as it closely matches the highlighted color depicted in the photos. Betty's customer service was exceptional, and I greatly appreciated her assistance throughout the process. The product itself is excellent, while the highlighted hair sheds at the expected rate for bleached hair, the unbleached sections have shown no shedding. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the service provided.
